Key Responsibilities
Oversee design, analysis, and management of base pay and incentive programs
Deliver market pricing, job evaluation, and maintain salary structures
Guide annual compensation processes and serve as a compensation advisor to HR partners
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, economics, or related discipline
Five to seven years of professional experience in compensation and total rewards
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills for data insights
Experience with benefits or total rewards initiatives
Ability to handle confidential information and work collaboratively
