Job Description :

• Medical Center is a busy 250+ bed independently owned, non-profit medical center - one of only a few left in the state of NC
• Hospital employed opportunity
• Mid-size community of 45,000, but service area of 350,000+
• Join an established, growing general surgery practice
• Surgeons are well equipped using the latest techniques and technology including minimally invasive and robotic approaches
• 3 weeks PTO / 1-week unpaid time off
• 7 paid holidays
• 1-week paid CME with a $6500 allowance
• Competitive base salary plus productivity-based incentive bonus
