A company is looking for a Claims Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Claims Analysts, setting priorities and standardizing analytical methodologies
Oversee large-scale analysis of claims data and ensure delivery of actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client implementations and influence product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in healthcare claims analytics or reimbursement analysis
Prior experience with claims editing or payment accuracy vendors
Strong expertise in medical coding, billing guidelines, and reimbursement methodologies
Proven people leadership experience managing analytics teams
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large healthcare datasets
