Your Mission :

Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for mechanics and a desire to learn and grow in your career?

🛠️ WMH is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Mechanic / Technician to join our team! You will gain valuable experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of material handling equipment, contributing to the efficiency and success of our clients' operations.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

🔧 Perform Maintenance and Repairs :   Assist with regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.

🛠️ Learn Diagnostic Techniques : Work under the guidance of experienced technicians to develop your mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

💬 Customer Service : Assist in providing excellent customer service by learning to communicate effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment.

📋 Documentation : Help maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards.

⚠️ Safety Compliance : Follow all safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and clients.

📈 Continuous Improvement : Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
