About This Role
As an Insurance Agent Aspirant, you wont just be selling insurance youll be learning what it takes to run a business. From day one, youll be immersed in the daily operations of a local agency, building relationships with clients, generating revenue, and sharpening your leadership and business acumen. This is the ideal role for someone with long-term ambitions of becoming an agency owner.

What Youll Do

• Drive new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Educate clients on insurance options and tailor coverage to meet their needs
• Handle the full sales cycle quoting, presenting, closing, and servicing policies
• Collaborate with the agency owner on strategic growth goals
• Participate in marketing efforts, community engagement, and networking
• Learn the ins and outs of agency operations, leadership, and management

What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone with:

• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales
• Proven experience in a sales role (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
• Ambition to grow into agency ownership or a leadership position
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Life & Health license is a bonus
