Description: Corona company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to be responsible for various HR and office support functions as assigned. These responsibilities will include, but not be limited to organization wide recruiting, new employee processing, orientation and on-boarding, employee benefits/LOA administration and employee integration into HR systems and programs. Supports in identifying, developing and reporting on Human Resource and employee metrics, employee relations issues, pay administration plans and activities, as well as performance management systems and programs.
Position Requires: Strong knowledge of Human Resource, payroll, benefits, and recruiting programs and processes. Knowledge of Human Resource operations and systems with an understanding of labor, employment, discrimination and wage and hour laws. High school graduate with additional certification and/or training/education in HR and payroll systems combined with one to three years of payroll/HR work experience.
