Shift Availability:

• Monday 4:30am-10:30am
• Monday 4:00pm-8:30pm
• Tuesday 4:30am-10:30am
• Wednesday 4:30am-10:30am
• Wednesday 4:00pm-8:30pm
• Thursday 4:00pm-7:30pm
• Friday 4:30am-10:30am
• Saturday 5:30am-12:00pm
• Sunday 7:15am-1:00pm
  
  

MUST HAVE:
Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week
This is a long-term position, we are not hiring for short-term or summer-only roles
Positive energy, professional and polished service-oriented individuals
The ability to sell memberships and retail
Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
Retain and increase client participation
Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
Maintain clean facility
As a SPENGA Member Experience Associate, staff will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

Every time you step into our studio, we guarantee well be there cheering you on for every ride, rep and revive.
Compensation: starting at $18.00 per hour + commission; includes unlimited membership for you and a Plus-one family member or domestic partner if working 2 shifts or more a week.
