3-5 Must Haves :

Youll lead talented engineers shape our e-commerce tech roadmap and build scalable high-performing web experiences used by millions of guests worldwide.

Strong React and modern web experience

Background in eCommerce platforms APIs microservices

Experience with cloud / serverless and event-driven architecture

Comfort mentoring teams and setting technical direction

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • 5 years of experience in full-stack or front-end engineering with a focus on eCommerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of optimizing digital sales and engagement
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile engineering environment
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies : React API gateways CDN technologies DNS SSL etc.
  • Experience with MarTech solutions (e.g. personalization platforms analytics) is a plus
  • Experience with serverless architectures microservices and single-page application frameworks preferred
  • Familiarity with the travel hospitality or maritime industries is a plus
