Plumbing Instructor – Put Your Experience to Work (No Teaching Experience Needed)
Are you an experienced Plumber who’s tired of the grind — on-call nights, crawl spaces, rooftops in February, and wear-and-tear on your body?
This is your chance to stay in the trade, share what you know, and build a stable, rewarding career training the next generation of Plumbing professionals.
We’re looking for industry professionals, not career teachers. If you know Plumbing, we’ll teach you how to teach.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Plumbing Instructor, you’ll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.
You will:
No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support.
Minimum Requirements
Why This Role?
If you’re ready to step off the truck without stepping away from the trade, this could be the next great chapter of your career.
