Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Full Time Practice Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Oversee accurate, efficient, safe, high quality, compliant, productive operations of assigned medical practices in accordance with state, federal and local regulations, and requirements.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Uphold IPM and UHS policies, goals and standards.
- Fosters patient centered environment focused on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Compose practice schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels to conduct efficient day to day operations.
- Promotes practice related metrics by supervising and communicating team performance, utilizing reports that illustrate patient satisfaction, quality dashboards, revenue cycle reports, productivity dashboards, P&Ls, and other available tools.
- Champions IPM and market initiatives.
- Cross trained in covering the front desk and back office as required.
- Cross trained in obtaining procedure scheduling and authorizations.
- Travel between to other Urgent care sites as needed
- Must attend mandatory meetings.
Qualifications Experience/Training/Education:
- Associate degree with two (2) years supervisory experience required. In lieu of degree, 3-5 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being in a supervisor capacity.
- Experience with patient check-in and check-out process (according to clinic protocol).
- General medical office procedures.
- Understand end of day cash balancing and charge reconciliation process (according to clinic protocol).
Certifications/Licenses:
- Current CA Drivers License required.
