A company is looking for a Senior Director, Demand Operations & Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a centralized Demand Operations function, including SDR operations and marketing technology

Architect processes and workflows to ensure accountability across the demand funnel

Optimize conversion rates by partnering with Sales and managing lead routing and segmentation

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Revenue, Demand, or Growth Operations in SaaS or digital sales environments

Proven leadership experience in SDR and Marketing Operations

Deep understanding of GTM funnels and conversion optimization

Strong analytical background with experience in managing KPIs and funnel models

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
