Senior Faculty Assistant – World-Class Business School
Location: Cambridge, MA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
Pay Range: $30–$38/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a prominent faculty member and department
- Manage a complex and fast-moving calendar, coordinating meetings, priorities, and travel logistics
- Serve as a key point of contact for students, staff, and visiting guests from across the globe
- Support course preparation, including assembling syllabi, course materials, and managing student waitlists
- Assist with department events, such as annual conferences, visiting lectures, and student workshops
- Oversee logistics for guests, meetings, and occasional after-hours academic events
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 4 years of professional senior-level administrative experience
- Exceptional skill in calendar and schedule management using Outlook or Google Calendar
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- A proactive, composed, and service-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced, highly professional environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting a senior manager in higher education, research, or an academic department
- Familiarity with Concur, or other enterprise systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
