Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

Track the progress of organizations in the Accelerator program and guide them through various stages

Lead check-ins and meetings with participating groups and subject matter leads to assess needs and progress

Gather feedback to improve program design and processes, and implement project plans to meet objectives

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in movement-building organizations

Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including 501(c)(3)s and 501(c)(4)s

Excellent project management skills and experience with collaborative tools like Asana and Google Suite

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, values-driven environment

A commitment to progressive values centered on racial, gender, and economic equity and justice
