Salary: $50,000 Base Annual Salary

About the Role

Terra Labor is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to own the sales process from qualified lead to signed contract. This role is perfect for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in B2B service sales, enjoys closing deals, and values long-term client partnerships.

As a BDM, you will be the face of Terra Labor to our clientspresenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless client experience while driving new business and account growth.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle for pre-qualified leads, from presentations to contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships focused on trust and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey, addressing questions and challenges as they arise.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing structures, projections, and negotiated terms.
  • Execute effective closing strategies to finalize agreements and contracts.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support successful onboarding and project delivery.
  • Track pipeline activity, client interactions, and performance using CRM tools.
  • Travel regularly (5070%) to meet clients, attend meetings, and strengthen relationships.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 2
    years of experience in B2B service sales.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required.
