VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a local leading organization in Albuquerque.
This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire position.
Pay for this position is $60-$70K DOE.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Form and maintain strong business relationships with dealers and end-user customers.
- Help to develop and implement marketing and strategic plans for the assigned sales area.
- Manage customer and market business information, plans, and forecasts to be incorporated into the annual corporate budget and used by the company to manage its sales efforts in the assigned area.
- Prepare and present sales quotes and other communication as necessary to achieve sales and manage customer relationships.
Regional Sales Manager candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years sales experience in the heavy equipment industry with knowledge of Caterpillar/Komatsu products.
- Strong computer skills for data entry, MS Office Suite.
- Be highly organized.
- Expert Communication skills.
- Good Math Skills.
- Knowledge of safety related to heavy equipment.
