Salesforce Developer

Boston (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

7+ years hands on experience in Salesforce and it's ecosystem, building business solutions using Salesforce and scaling them in large enterprises, integrating Salesforce based services with multiple different applications and architectures.

7+ Year of Hands-on experience of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs using REST and SOAP, Aura components, Workflows etc.
Experience in technical pre-sales, including solution design, scoping, and presenting to clients.
Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
Proven experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer role within a consulting environment.
Ability to lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing consulting.
Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
