Job Summary :

Be a Key Player in a High-Impact Role : As a Sr. Commercial Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Supermicro's commercial strategy, advising on legal and business risks, and driving the growth of our key partnerships.

Support Strategic Growth : Your legal expertise will help facilitate complex domestic and international commercial transactions and guide the business in developing long-term, successful relationships with our partners.

Drive Legal Excellence Across Teams : Your contributions will ensure that Supermicro's legal framework supports and aligns with our fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Commercial Contract Management :

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Accounting teams on the development and negotiation of various commercial contracts (sales, procurement, channel, OEM, support, services, marketing, logistics and more).
• Provide legal advice on potential risks related to commercial transactions and offer creative, practical solutions to meet business goals.
• Advise on legal and strategic business matters to foster long-term relationships with key partners, supporting commercial aspects of Supermicro's products and programs.

Salary Range

$218,000 - $235,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
