Primary Care Outside of Chicago

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $250000.00 - $270000.00

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join well-established, high-volume primary care practices just outside Chicago, IL . These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balance —with generous compensation and strong clinical support.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Outpatient-only clinic with all specialties onsite and in-house lab
  • Schedule : 4-day workweek (36 clinical hours)
  • Patient volume : 18+ per day
  • EMR : Epic

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : Indefinite base salary
  • Bonus : Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000-$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three
  • Sign-On Bonus : $40,000
  • Time Off : 5 weeks PTO + 5 CME days with 6k allowance
  • CME Allowance : $6,000 annually
  • Benefits : Health, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) with match; tail coverage included
