Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Design assets including menus, instore signage, promotional flyers, table tents, packaging elements, and digital displays.
• Create graphics for brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization.

Digital & Social Content Creation

• Design graphics, templates, and visual elements for social media content, ads, website assets, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that supports brand storytelling.

Production & Print Management

• Prepare print‑ready files and manage production with external print vendors.
• Review proofs, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot color or formatting issues.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, operations, and culinary teams to support new menu items, promotions, and store initiatives.
• Provide design support for new store openings, local store marketing materials, and special events.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5+ years of design experience, preferably in food, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience preparing print files and working with printers.
• Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
