Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Short-Term).

Key Responsibilities

Develop training courses and report on progress, issues, and areas for improvement

Support staff with training delivery and content development, coordinating both in-person and virtual training

Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and stay updated on trends in education technology and adult learning

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing self-administered computer-based training

At least one (1) year of experience in a train-the-trainer model

Proficient in operations management and training practices

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (preferred)
