Foundation Aesthetic Hair Restoration is based in Miami, founded by J. Epstein, MD, FACS-a triple board-certified facial plastic and hair restoration surgeon who has been practicing since 1994. The practice is also home to Anthony Bared, MD, FACS who specializes exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery from the neck on up.
