Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation

Cherry Hill, NJ | Hybrid

Compensation : $100,000–$250,000

A highly regarded and growing litigation firm is actively seeking a talented Insurance Defense Attorney to join its Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, access to high-quality cases, and the chance to develop professionally within a collaborative and supportive legal environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in General Liability, Premises Liability, Auto, and Slip & Fall claims
  • Manage files from inception through trial or settlement
  • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to execute effective litigation strategies
  • Pursue favorable outcomes through negotiation and advocacy

Qualifications : Required :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Experience in insurance defense litigation
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and case management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities
