Your Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and developing tailored ABA therapy plans.
- Supervising RBTs and fieldwork students to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical services.
- Guiding parents and caregivers in skill development.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech, occupational, and mental health specialists.
- Tracking progress, writing treatment plans, and adjusting interventions based on data.
- Participating in clinical team meetings and ongoing learning cohorts to further your expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- A Master's degree or higher in ABA, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA Certification and licensure in the applicable states.
- A commitment to providing neurodiversity-affirming, child-centered care.
- The ability to mentor and supervise RBTs and clinical fellows.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, center-based environment.
