Founded in 1997, our family-owned company operates over 50 locations nationwide and is committed to delivering an outstanding, professional experience to customers and employees alike.Job DetailsSalary: From $32,240 to $150,000 per year, based on experienceJob Type: Full TimeLocation: San Leandro, CA 94577ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries by phone and internet, including scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointmentsCoordinate questions and concerns with the appropriate sales and service departmentsTrack sold vehicles and maintain hot sheetsConfirm special order parts and assist sales leads follow-upProvide administrative support to Sales and Service departments as neededHandle required paperwork, records, and documentation preparationAttend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as requiredPerform additional duties as assignedAbout Victory Mazda of San LeandroWe offer a professional and supportive workplace that encourages growth and advancement. Job Requirement:RequirementsPrevious experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service rolesKnowledge of the automotive industry is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone etiquetteStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectivelyAbility to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situationsBasic computer and internet skillsDependable and professional work ethicAbility to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
