Salesforce UX/Product Designer (Contract)

Duration: 6-12 months

REMOTE /Start: ASAP

Rate Range: $45-50/hour (negotiable)

We're seeking a Salesforce UX/Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large-scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. You'll design intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning, partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components
• Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows
• Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design
• Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years product/UX design experience with Salesforce products
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and components
• Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Figma and Agile environment experience
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep Salesforce knowledge (Experience Cloud, Flow, Service/Sales Cloud)
• Design system contribution experience
• Healthcare or staffing industry familiarity

Vetting Process:

• Portfolio review and agency screening
• Two brief interviews with UX leadership and partners

Open to 1-2 week paid trial period for final candidates.

This is REMOTE contract position, ideally the UT area.
