Knowledge Management Specialist

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking Knowledge Management Specialists in the following locations:·Fort Liberty, North Carolina·Fort Campbell, Kentucky·Fort Drum, New York·Fort Stewart, Georgia This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Role will make an impact:

• Supports the Hub and Spoke Knowledge Management Program.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, business systems, and user needs.
• Assists with development of new KM processes.
• Responsible for KM Strategy and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provides KM training as required.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in information management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in (a) the Microsoft SharePoint environment, and (b) electronic knowledge repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative tools, and social media tools.
• 3 years of experience designing and implementing web design, collaboration tools, and content management.
