Service Desk Technician (role based in Laverton)

About The Role

A typical day on the Service Desk involves providing exceptional communication while remotely managing incidents and requests for a large environment consisting of state-of-the-art addition to technical skills you will draw upon a range of skills including customer service problem-solving time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities will include :

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams
• Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
• Publishing and reviewing knowledge articles.
• Working on a 24 / 7 rotating roster

What youll bring to the table :

Youre energetic compassionate and enjoy solving problems. Your curiosity and willingness to learn is complimented by your recent experience within customer service or a similar help desk type role. This role stresses the point of following the process whilst still knowing when to use your initiative. Awesome technical skills aside youre great at translating technical jargon into laymans terms.

All candidates must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain an AGSVA based security clearance.
