Responsibilities

1. Drive a Tow Truck to designated pick up sites of repossessed vehicles and transport vehicle back to dealership.
2. Maintain truck and equipment in a safe and clean state.
3. Provide instant updates online for every account.
4. Maintain cars on the lot.
5. Communicate with customers that have had their cars repossed to retrieve their vehicles an/or property.
6. Inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise and vehicles.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures.
8. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions with customers, coworkers and vendors.
9. Perform other duties, as required, when not engaged in towing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years tow truck driving experience required.
• Knowledge of repossession process a plus but willing to train.
• A valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must have computer technical skills.
• AAA experience a PLUS!
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be able to work 12 hour day flexible schedule.
• Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Bilingual a PLUS!
