This position is ideal for someone with 12+ years of employee benefits experience who enjoys direct client interaction, service excellence, and managing small to mid-sized group accounts (20+ employees).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of employee benefits clients (20+ employee groups)
• Handle daily service needs, renewals, and open enrollments
• Support producers and clients with plan comparisons, quotes, and onboarding
• Communicate directly with carriers and clients to ensure smooth policy management
• Advise clients on available options including level-funded, fully insured, and self-funded plans
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
