[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial data analysis, accounting, or business analytics. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation). Working knowledge of Zoho or similar ERP / CRM platforms. Strong understanding of accounting principles and data reconciliation. Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data effectively. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with data integration or automation workflows (e.g., Power Query, Zoho Analytics). Understanding of cost accounting or FP&A fundamentals.

Position Summary
The Financial Data Analyst is responsible for managing financial data integrity, supporting reporting and automation initiatives, and providing actionable analysis to guide decision-making across the organization. This position works cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, improve system efficiencies, and support continuous process improvements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho, and other integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and reconcile financial data from multiple systems including QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho, ADP, and banking platforms.
- Design and maintain automated financial reporting tools and dashboards for management review.
- Monitor and report on cash flow trends, sales data, and expense variances to support forecasting and business planning.
- Partner with Accounts Payable and Receivable to validate transaction accuracy and ensure proper categorization in QBO.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing reconciled data sets, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems through validation, error resolution, and quality checks.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management, operations, and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools that streamline accounting and reporting processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial data processes and support compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
- Assist with financial analysis on operational metrics, product performance, and global cost tracking.
