A company is looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to lead complex carried interest and waterfall calculations for a venture capital firm's transition to Allvue.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute and review complex carried interest and waterfall calculations
Support Allvue system implementation through data validation and process improvement
Document workflows and establish best practices post-transition
Qualifications :
7+ years of accounting experience in venture capital or private equity
Proven experience with carried interest and waterfall calculations
CPA required; Big 4 experience preferred
Fund platform experience (Allvue, eFront, Investran, etc.) is a strong plus
Advanced Excel skills with an aptitude for multi-entity structures
