    • Position Overview :

  • The Quality Systems Analyst ensures that QA efforts align with real-world workflows, business processes, and clinical operations.
  • This mid-level role bridges the gap between product requirements and QA by validating that test coverage is accurate, complete, and relevant to actual system usage.
  • The QSA collaborates with QA Analysts, QA Engineers, and Product teams to translate workflows into structured test cases, confirm domain alignment, and identify coverage gaps.

    • By applying domain expertise, the QSA strengthens product quality and reduces the risk of missed scenarios.   Responsibilities :

  • Review and validate test cases to ensure alignment with real ASC workflows and operational processes.
  • Translate business and clinical workflows into structured preconditions, test scenarios, and test data requirements.
  • Partner with QA Analysts to identify test coverage gaps and ensure critical workflows are tested.
  • Provide domain expertise during requirements reviews, sprint activities, and backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify high-value automation candidates based on workflow risk.

    • Contribute to QA documentation, standards, and best practices, emphasizing workflow and domain accuracy.  Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, business systems analysis, or software quality assurance.
  • Must have 1+ years of experience with eChart.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC workflows, clinical operations, or healthcare business processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into actionable QA coverage.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with Jira, Xray and QA test management practices.
  • Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with QA automation tools such as SmartBear TestComplete, Selenium, or similar.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulatory standards, or EHR systems.
  • Prior experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or domain SME role.
