Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and the ability to handle cases independently while collaborating with other attorneys.

• Handle civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on case strategy.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Work directly with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their cases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.
