Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable for raw materials production supplies and operational expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing for manufactured goods and tracking customer payments.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process payroll for all manufacturing and administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with inventory valuation and cost tracking for raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and file sales tax and payroll tax returns.
