Accounts Payable Analyst

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for making payments to vendors.
• Work closely with management in the review and approval of invoices received, to include appropriate coding of invoices.
• Perform research of vendor bills and respond to vendor questions by phone and email.
• Perform data entry, voucher preparation and review of invoices received.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Experience in MRI, Nexus or workflow platform preferred, but not required.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well individually and with others.
• Able to adjust and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 Hourly
