We are inviting you to apply for Banquet Cook. In this position, as a banquet cook, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the preparation of food items for the Convention Center events, while following recipes, portioning, cooking and presentation quality standards. Additionally, assist in ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen. Be part of a dynamic and growing team, in a fast-paced and high energy environment.

We do require that you have a background, consisting of 1 year of related progressive experience as a culinary graduate and/or at least 1 year of progressive culinary experience in a hotel restaurant/food outlet facility or related field helpful. 1 + years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant/food outlets production kitchen is preferred.

Starting Rate : $15.00 - $19.00 an hour.
