Dental Billing Specialist – Part Time – Meriden, CT

Join a well-established private dental practice with a dedicated, skilled team of 24 staff members. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care and fostering a professional, supportive environment.

Schedule :

  • Tuesday & Wednesday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay :

  • $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience

    • Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims from insurance companies
  • Call patients regarding outstanding balances
  • Perform insurance verifications
  • Maintain accurate records in Eaglesoft software
  • Collaborate with the team to support smooth office operations

    • Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of dental billing experience
  • Strong communication skills and empathetic approach when speaking with patients
  • Team player who contributes positively to office culture
  • Computer skills helpful but not mandatory
