Senior Civil Engineer- Land Development Engineering

WEBB is currently seeking a Senior Engineer to work in our Land Development Engineering Department. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to life-long learning and always expanding their knowledge of their discipline. Salary range: $123,300 - $197,300

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge and expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Ability to communicate with agencies and clients effectively
• Must adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures as they relate to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development
• Ability to research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures
• Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and project management skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example)
• Track record of successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management
• Registered engineer in the state of California

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design process
• Ability to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environment
• Good working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
• Good understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc., required for land development projects
• Technically proficient in all aspects of land development design
