A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to work full-time and remotely from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Accept patient handoffs from Intake Care Managers and continue care seamlessly
Develop rapport with patients and assist them in gaining insight into their lives and relationships
Monitor patients' medication adherence and communicate treatment recommendations to healthcare providers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution
Proficient in technology, including Google Suite for remote work
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Strong documentation and data entry abilities
