Program Innovation Associate

Responsibilities

We are a small and agile organisation, and the Program Innovation Associate role is designed to be an extension of program leadership. You’ll own high-impact projects that sharpen our core immunisation reminder model and its readiness to scale.

While your day-to-day work will evolve and the specific projects you take on may change over time, the core shape of your role will remain consistent and include the following :

Programs Strategy, Prioritisation, and Design

• Work with co-founders to set program goals and create a strategic roadmap of innovations to make the program scale-ready in 2027 and beyond.
• Analyse internal monitoring data, previous projects, external sources, other implementers, and academic studies to generate practical, high-leverage ideas for testing.
• For each selected idea, develop a clear theory of change, project design, and lean M&E / MEL framework to guide decision-making at the end of the project (what success looks like and how we’ll act on it).

You’re an analytical, impact-driven problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments. You love turning messy, real-world data into clear decisions – and then making those changes happen. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and care deeply about evidence and cost-effectiveness. If you’re energised by owning projects end-to-end, from design to management and evaluation, and find real satisfaction in integrating what works into programs at scale, this role will excite you.

Compensation

We aim to offer fair compensation aligned with local living costs and candidate experience. While salaries vary significantly by location, candidates based in the UK, EU, or US can expect a range of $25,000 to $50,000 USD (with some flexibility on upper limit for outstanding candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience).

This role has a 4-month probationary period for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you better.
