Key Responsibilities
Support patient and provider inquiries by delivering accurate information and resolving concerns
Coordinate communication across internal departments and facilitate the referral process
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining detailed records
Qualifications
Prior experience in a call center, medical office, or high volume customer support setting is preferred
Solid computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required
