Intern, Marketing

The Sugar Land Space Cowboys Marketing Internship is intended for individuals with a strong desire to gain real-world work experience, as well as a desire to work hard and give their best. Learning potential is endless in these positions and associates get as much out of the experience as what they put into it. This associate position is primarily intended as an educational experience. The primary role of this position is social media, ballpark promotions and grassroots marketing, with the intention of learning the full scope of the marketing team duties.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

This is a part-time position, and hours of work on non-game days are typically 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Due to the nature of this position, the position requires hours of work and days that include frequent nights, weekends and holidays. Weekend hours and holidays will be required for grass roots marketing initiatives and game days.

No travel is expected for this position.
