This role offers you the chance to directly influence pivotal changes in compensation practices, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.

What You Will Do :

• Lead process reimagination and workflow redesign to support the rollout of the Varicent sales performance platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed business requirements.
• Partner with risk management teams to review process controls, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Develop process flows, training materials, and communication strategies to facilitate change adoption.
• Design and execute test cases, validating system functionality and business needs.
• Support frontline operations post-implementation by troubleshooting issues and providing continuous improvement insights.
