About The Team

Our Enterprise AI team partners with our largest customers to design build and deploy custom AI employees that unlock revenue and cost savings. You will have the opportunity to build on one of the most exciting growth areas of Podium while being at the forefront of the AI revolution. This team operates at the intersection of consulting and techcombining deep product expertise technical excellence and project delivery to ensure our customers realize large and measurable ROI.

About The Role

As an AI Deployment Project Specialist you will support the endtoend deployment of multimonth multimilliondollar custom AI solutions for Podiums largest customers. Youll work alongside senior project leaders to understand customer workflows translate those into product specifications help coordinate engineering delivery and eventually manage configurations.

In This Role You Will

Support Custom AI Deployments

• Assist with scoping configuring and launching tailored AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Learn Podiums AI toolset (prompting configuration workflows) and make basic updates directly in the AI code / configuration under guidance.
• Meet with customers to collect feedback understand operational workflows and identify challenges.
• Document requirements and convert them into structured product updates for engineering.

Coordinate Project Workstreams

Triage Issues & Improve Performance

Contribute to the Enterprise AI Roadmap
