At 5411 Hub, we are currently partnering with a fast-growing and innovative medical technology company to find their next Chief of Staff. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Aventura, Miami, FL.

About the Company
Our client, SensiMedical, is a cutting-edge company focused on developing advanced medical products. As they scale their operations, they are seeking a strategic, analytical, and proactive Chief of Staff to support the leadership team and help drive continued growth.

Position Summary
This role sits at the heart of company operations. You will collaborate with leadership on financial planning, operational improvements, regulatory oversight, and product development. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll regularly interface with clients and assist in resolving commercial and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Support executive decision-making and long-term business planning.
• Operational Leadership: Drive key projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Client Communication & Commercial Support: Handle day-to-day client interactions, resolve commercial and operational issues, and ensure a high level of service.
• Financial & Business Analysis: Review P&Ls, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven insights.
• Product Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to bring new solutions to market.
• Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
• Marketing & Trade Shows: Plan and execute marketing efforts, including participation in events and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with external clients.
• Highly proactive and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality.
• Experience managing cross-functional responsibilities.
• Based in Miami and available to work in-person at the Aventura office.
• Prior healthcare experience is not required.
