This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in their career with a focus on infusion and IV therapy services.
Job Description :
- Manage daily operations of the infusion and IV therapy department
- Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Coordinate patient services and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee department scheduling, budgeting, and supply management
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal standards
- Provide hands-on patient care when needed
- Lead training and professional development for nursing staff
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Report directly to the Executive Director of Clinical Services
