About The Position

Our Technician's job is to improve the indoor air quality for those we serve. The technician's duties include but not limited to, mold remediation & removal, air purification, duct cleaning, odor removal, basement waterproofing, indoor disinfection, and probiotic air purification.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Have a Texas valid driver's license and operate a small van from office to jobsites.
• Ability to lift equipment, materials, tools, and supplies
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for safety and the safety of others
• Ability to get training, certification, and licensing
• Provide exceptional customer service, represent the franchise brand, and have exceptional communication skills to properly communicate with clients, suppliers, and write informed reports about the project
• Ability to follow proper safety protocols at the job site, and maintain clean and organized vehicle, equipment and job site

Requirements & Qualifications

• No experience needed as in-house training is provided, however, basic knowledge of construction techniques, mitigation, HVAC, and mold would be an asset.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation.
• The ideal candidate would exhibit strong critical thinking skills, capable of applying learned procedures and methods from training and apply to dynamic on-site conditions, as well as possess a professional presence and positive attitude in all workplace situations
