Nelson Mullins is in search of a Litigation Associate to join its Litigation group in the Columbia, South Carolina office. This is an opportunity for an associate to join an expanding and fast-paced practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

We Know You

You have at least three years of meaningful experience in commercial litigation in a large law firm setting. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery motions and take and defend depositions. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management and are ready to take the lead. You are admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
