Responsibilities

  • Support Firms training / CLE programs, including Associate Training Initiative.
  • Provide support for in?person and virtual trainings, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, drafting / sending invitations, reviewing / compiling training materials, and preparing / processing surveys.
  • Assist with the Firms CLE / CPD training, including maintaining lawyer CLE database (CE Manager).
  • Prepare CLE application forms and documentation for accreditation purposes for in?house / client programs, including tracking and reporting attendance post?program.
  • Consult with and advise attorneys and administrative professionals regarding CLE / CPD compliance.
  • Support and respond to CLE Inbox inquiries after researching and confirming CLE protocols and processes.
  • Maintain and enter programs in the Learning Management System ("LMS") / eLearning Library.
  • Seek opportunities to continue to learn, innovate, and improve.
  • Stay current on legal professional development trends / best practices and share with the Talent Development team.

Proficiencies

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem?solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated proactive and growth mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data.
  • Interest in and curiosity about CLE; research and internet search proficiency.
  • Strong research skills.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • At least 2 years professional services experience.
  • Some CLE familiarity or experience (preferred).

    • The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $59,900 and a maximum of $74,600 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
