Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions and advice.

Lead Generation : Proactively seek out new clients and prospects, utilizing various marketing methods to expand the agency's client base.

Policy Customization : Tailor insurance plans to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring comprehensive coverage and satisfaction.

Cross-selling Opportunities : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional insurance products that complement existing policies.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Industry Knowledge : Continuously update your knowledge on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to provide informed advice.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Allstate License is required.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
